Our Mission & Values
The Orange County Chapter of the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA-OC) is committed to advancing the social, economic, professional, and educational interests of the Iranian-American legal community and the broader public. As a non-religious, non-political organization, we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive forum for legal professionals, law students, and allies who seek to empower the Iranian-American community through mentorship, advocacy, and service. Through professional development, continuing legal education (CLE), and community outreach, we aim to foster excellence, leadership, and meaningful impact within the legal profession and beyond.

We envision an empowered Iranian American legal community that not only excels professionally but also serves as a force for justice, equity, and positive change. Through education, advocacy, and collaboration, IABA OC seeks to bridge cultural and professional gaps, create opportunities for growth, and uphold the principles of diversity, inclusion, and public service. Our goal is to cultivate a network of legal professionals dedicated to supporting one another while contributing to the betterment of society at large.
